FACILITIES DESIGNATED TO ACCEPT CFLP WASTE
Click below to see the full list of facilities that have approved waivers so they may continue to receive waste from our district. If your waste goes to any of these facilities, they will pay the district a designation fee of $2.00 per ton and they may pass that fee on to their customers. This fee is in lieu of the $2.00 disposal fee already paid by those who use the designated facilities - all district residents and businesses will now pay the same amount of fees to the district regardless of where their waste is disposed.
